Direction for Use
- Thaw frozen milkfish without taking out of the packaging.
- Heat 1/4 cup of cooking oil for 2-3 minutes in a large pan.
- Fry belly portion first and cook for 5 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
- Turn over to fry the skin portion for 3 minutes, or until desired color is reached.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
