Direction for Use

1. Thaw frozen milkfish without taking out of the packaging.
2. Heat 1/4 cup of cooking oil for 2-3 minutes in a large pan.
3. Fry belly portion first and cook for 5 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
4. Turn over to fry the skin portion for 3 minutes, or until desired color is reached.
5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
